How to practice impermanence

the initial mujō technique is imparted through exclusive four-day residential courses, where participants are guided through the foundational principles of the practice. over the course of the program, you will immerse yourself in the experience of impermanence, following a thoughtfully structured journey. no prior experience in meditation or biography work is required to engage with mujō—only an openness to explore and embrace the transience of life.

courses are always limited to just 7 participants, ensuring that each individual is given the time and space to fully inhabit their own presence within the group. this intimate setting allows for a deeply personal and transformative experience.

the courses are held periodically in select locations: Austria, USA, and the UAE, offering an exclusive opportunity to immerse yourself in this transformative experience.
